Is voting really anonymous?
Yes. We do not collect names, accounts, IP addresses, or identifying information. Votes are recorded without any link to individuals.
Can the poll creator see who voted?
No. Poll creators can only see aggregated results and anonymous comments (if enabled). They cannot see who voted or how individuals responded.
Do I need an account to vote?
No account is required. Each participant receives a single-use voting link that allows them to vote anonymously without registration.
Why might results or comments be hidden?
To protect anonymity, results or comments may be hidden until enough responses have been received. This helps prevent responses being inferred in very small groups.
Are comments anonymous?
Yes. Comments are stored without identifiers and are not linked to votes, emails, or voting links.
How are email addresses used?
Email addresses are used only to send invitations and prevent duplicate voting. They are converted into one-way cryptographic hashes and never stored in plain text.
Can I stop receiving emails?
Yes. Every email includes an opt-out link, and you can also manage your email preferences via the Email Preferences page.
Can I opt back in later?
Yes. If you previously opted out but wish to receive emails again, you can re-enable them using the Email Preferences page.
Is this suitable for workplace feedback?
The platform is designed to support honest feedback, including in workplace or organisational settings. Poll creators are responsible for using it lawfully and ethically.
Do you use cookies or tracking?
