Email communications

Emails sent through the platform are initiated by poll creators but delivered by Anonymous Polls.

Recipients may opt out of further emails at any time using the links provided. Opt-out preferences are respected globally.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but availability is not guaranteed.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonymous Polls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
