Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the use of Anonymous Polls. By accessing or using the service, you agree to them.

Anonymous Polls provides a privacy-first platform for creating and participating in anonymous polls. These Terms are designed to protect users, participants, and the platform itself.

Use of the service

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • You must not use the service to harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
  • You must not create polls intended to identify or target individuals.
  • You must not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
  • You must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.

Anonymity and limitations

The platform is designed to protect anonymity at a technical level. However, anonymity cannot be guaranteed in all social or contextual circumstances.

In particular, polls shared with very small groups may allow responses or comments to be inferred outside the platform. You are responsible for how and with whom you share poll links.

User-generated content

Poll creators are solely responsible for the questions, options, and invitations they create and distribute.

Anonymous Polls does not endorse or verify user-generated content and is not responsible for its accuracy or consequences.

Moderation and enforcement

We reserve the right to review, restrict, suspend, or remove polls or content that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

We may take such action without prior notice where necessary to protect users or comply with legal obligations.

Email communications

Emails sent through the platform are initiated by poll creators but delivered by Anonymous Polls.

Recipients may opt out of further emails at any time using the links provided. Opt-out preferences are respected globally.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but availability is not guaranteed.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonymous Polls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
